Who handles your information
NESQHDTURES INC operates nesqhdtures.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. Shopify provides the commerce platform used to run the store, including storefront, checkout, and related customer services. Shopify and the payment services used at checkout also collect and process information to provide, secure, and improve their services.
Information collected
When you browse or order, NESQHDTURES INC may receive your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number if you provide one, order contents, purchase history, messages to support, and information needed to manage returns. The storefront and Shopify may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, cookies, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction with the site. Checkout payment providers process payment credentials. NESQHDTURES INC receives transaction status and limited payment details needed for order records and refunds; customers should not send card numbers by email.
How information is used
NESQHDTURES INC uses information to process payments and orders; arrange delivery; provide tracking and support; manage returns and refunds; prevent fraud and protect the store; keep legally required records; and maintain and improve the shopping experience. Marketing messages are sent only as allowed by applicable law and the choices made during signup or checkout. A customer can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support to stop promotional email. Transactional order messages may still be sent.
Shopify, carriers, and other recipients
Shopify hosts the store and processes information on behalf of NESQHDTURES INC to operate the storefront and checkout. Payment providers handle payment authorization and settlement. Delivery details are shared with carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and suitable freight partners when used, so they can deliver and assist with an order. NESQHDTURES INC may share necessary data with service providers that support store operation, security, communications, and order fulfillment, or when required by law. Those providers receive information relevant to their service. Shopify may also process data for its own purposes as explained in its consumer privacy information and the privacy controls presented through Shopify services.
Cookies and choices
Cookies and similar technologies help operate the cart and checkout, remember preferences, measure site use, and, if enabled, support advertising. Available cookie choices and any applicable opt-out controls should be provided on the storefront in the regions where they are required. Browser settings can also limit cookies, although some store functions may then stop working.
Retention, security, and transfers
NESQHDTURES INC retains information for the time needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, meet tax and recordkeeping obligations, and address legitimate business needs, then deletes or de-identifies it when appropriate. Shopify and other service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

NESQHDTURES INC may need to verify your identity and may retain information that must be kept by law or for a valid order-related reason. Children's privacy
