Payment Policy

Accepted payments

At checkout, nesqhdtures.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The available options appear before you place an order. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

When payment is taken

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. The payment method is authorized and charged through the checkout payment service. If a payment is declined, please use another accepted method or contact your card issuer. An order confirmation does not override a later cancellation if a product is unavailable or a transaction cannot be completed; in that event, any captured payment will be refunded to the original method.

Pricing and charges

The product price and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm the order. Eligible U.S. orders have free shipping under the Shipping Policy. There is no separate shipping charge for an eligible order. nesqhdtures.com does not ship to AA, AE, or AP military addresses. The total shown at checkout is the amount you agree to pay. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own fees; please ask that provider about them.

Payment security and refunds

Payment information is handled by Shopify and the payment services available at checkout. Please do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials to customer support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under the Return and Refund Policy; the time for the credit to appear can depend on your bank or payment provider.
